Elegant and well balanced, our 2007 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is comprised of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from our Rutherford vineyard. True to the Rutherford appellation, this wine has wonderful dark berry, anise, liquorice and cedar hints on the nose. In the glass are additional currant and rich, black cherry flavors, with balanced, well integrated tannins. Aged in French oak barrels for 24 months, this wine has additional notes of cedar and tobacco on the long, silky smooth finish. 92 points - Wine Enthusiast Magazine
